​Welcome to BetterTennisProject (managed by Pursuit Desire Unipessoal Lda, a portuguese company registered under the NIPC 518084159). By using our services—including tennis lessons, tennis school, tennis holidays, tennis events, and related activities — you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms apply to all services provided by BTP, including but not limited to tennis lessons, group and private sessions, tennis school, tennis holidays, and participation in tennis events.
1.2. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
1.3. For specific details on the tennis school, including lesson schedules, attendance policies, and other related information, please consult the Better Tennis School General Regulation document

1.4. Tennis holidays and events may have different schedules and conditions, which will be communicated upon booking or registration.

2. Registration and Participation
2.1. Registration for all services, including tennis lessons, tennis school, tennis holidays, and tennis events, must be completed through the Better Tennis Team contacts.
2.2. For tennis school participants, additional documentation is required. For more details, refer to the General Regulation document.

3. Fees and Payment
3.1. Depending on the service, either total payment or partial payment will be required in advance to confirm registration and/or participation.
3.2. For more detailed information regarding the tennis school fees, including monthly payments and cancellation policies, please refer to the General Regulation document.
3.3. Specific payment terms for each of the other services, such as tennis holidays and events, will be communicated at the time of booking.
3.4. Payment methods include bank transfer, MbWay, Revolut, PayPal, and in some cases cash. Invoices are provided upon request.

4. Types of Services
1. Tennis School:
•    The tennis school is open to all ages and levels, offering group and private lessons.
•    For detailed rules regarding lesson scheduling, attendance, and fees, please consult the General Regulation document.
2. Tennis Holidays:
•    Our tennis holidays combine relaxation with top-tier tennis experiences at various destinations. These packages include accommodation, lessons, and activities.
•    Specific details and terms for tennis holidays, such as booking conditions and refund policies, will be provided at the time of registration.
3. Tennis Events:
•    We organize several tennis events throughout the year, including, for example, social tournaments. Event participation is open to players of all levels, and each event may have its own registration process and terms.
•    Information regarding individual events, including fees and conditions, will be shared prior to each event.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. Cancellations for tennis lessons are subject to the policies outlined in the General Regulation document.
5.2. Tennis holiday and event cancellations follow the specific terms provided at the time of booking. Refunds or changes may depend on the cancellation date and availability.

6. Liability
6.1. BTP is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during lessons, tennis holidays, or events. Participants are required to aknowledge and sign a Liability Disclaimer before engaging in any activities.
6.2. Athletes and participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in tennis activities.

7. Data Protection
7.1. We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7.2. By registering for any of our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments
8.1. BTP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be shared through official channels.
